Beat Presser
Born in Basel in 1952. Trained as a photographer and cameraman in Basel, Paris and New York. Editor of Palm Beach News, The Village Cry and Flitz Flying Magazine in the late 1970s. Close collaboration as camera assistant and still photographer for Werner Herzog and Klaus Kinski from the 1980s onwards for films like Fitzcarraldo, Cobra Verde, Invincible and My best fiend. Beat Presser works as a filmmaker and freelance photographer. Produces documentary- and art films and books. Teaches photography and film at universities and film colleges in Africa, South America and Asia.
DANIT is a German female sculptor and filmmaker, based in Berlin. She works mainly in stone and wood, but also with other materials. Also poetic work is part of her oevre. Her works are shown in exhibitions, galleries, public spaces, art fairs and are part of symposiums. She works on various film projects locally and internationally. DIALOGUA – since 2019 she works on the international project with films, photographs and texts. Danit ist eine deutsche Bildhauerin und Filmemacherin, die in Berlin lebt. Sie arbeitet hauptsächlich mit Stein und Holz, aber auch mit anderen Materialien. Poetische Arbeiten gehören zu ihrem Oevre. Ihre Arbeiten werden in Ausstellungen, Galerien, im öffentlichen Raum, auf Kunstmessen und im Rahmen von Symposien gezeigt. Sie arbeitet an verschiedenen Filmprojekten im In- und Ausland.
